How We Work

Safety

We work in 2 week sprints. This is enough time to complete small applications and implement key features of larger applications. We are commissioned on the sprint basis, and you have access to all of our artifacts. So if at the end of 2 weeks, you are not satisfied, you simply keep the artifacts and find another development team. We've never had this happen. But it's always an option.

Clarity

You get to see the application unfold. We typically do an official "build" on a daily basis so you can see the exact product we're creating. In addition, you have access to the AgileZen board so you can keep track of the features we're working on. This is a great way for you to guide the development process.

Effectiveness

At the end of the day, you'll be convinced that we're the most effective team you've ever worked with. You'll see the care and hard work that goes into every aspect of your product. You'll see this in the AgileZen board, the svn log, the daily chats we have and even the actual product.

Software development is a hard, hard process. The statistics are absolutely abysmal, and they're clear that most software projects will fail in one way or another. What we provide is a powerful process for keeping projects honest and on track. In fact, we've been so effective that we've never had a failed project.
